Tony Soprano's Biggest Mistake

The Sopranos

The Sopranos: Tony's biggest mistake? Whacking Jackie Aprile. Total waste of potential. Jackie, he was a loyal soldier, willing to do anything to be made. Strong, could've made Tony big bucks, beefed up security, you name it. Instead of using one of his best pals, Tony just threw it away. He could've had Jackie by his side, loyal as can be. I'm also surprised that Tony regarded Jackie's father so highly and valued their friendship. Pushing Ralph to whack Jackie Jr. was strange and suspicious. Did Tony want Jackie gone for other reasons? It's possible Tony feared Jackie finding out what really happened to his uncle or something else.
