Bobby actor wore a fat suit in The Sopranos

Did you know that Steve Schirripa, who played Bobby Baccalieri, actually wore a fat suit throughout the filming of the first two seasons of The Sopranos? The producers and director aimed to depict him as significantly larger than Tony, perhaps as an easy target for Tony's jokes. Interestingly, by season 3, the fat suit was retired as Steve was naturally plump enough... Plenty of Gabagool, I guess.
